I am a passionate full time Artist based in Riverhead.

 

My studio over looks the Rangitapuni River.

I mainly paint in Oils, with oils I can capture more of an atmospheric quality that really connects me to my work.

I have been painting for 25years, painting has been a part of my life since I was very young, and although I have studied graphic design and ran my own florist business for many years I have never stopped painting, constantly refining my technique and understanding.

My subject matter is almost always landscape. My paintings evoke positive feelings and the people who buy my work are after just that. My current work captures the rugged moody beauty of New Zealand.

My Signature style is my use of large sweeping brush stokes encapsulating the gentle play with light.
